For customers interested in purchasing our life size statues, please note that these products require a production and dispatch timeframe of approximately 3-4 weeks.

Change of Mind Returns

At Space Mesmerise, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be returned within 21 business days of the purchase date.
2. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
3. The item must not have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
4. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund.

In some cases, we may require photos or videos, before issuing a return to ensure that our return policy criteria have been met.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.
